Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to Only for Domestic (Australia) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

SHIPPING COSTS

Australia Post Express customers are reasonable for all shipping costs unless stated.

HANDLING, TRANSIT & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

From the date and time of your dispatch notification you should receive your order within 1 -3 days if you are in a metro and between 1 -4 days if you are in a rural or remote area.

If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day. 

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post. Our team is available to assist with tracking your order, for assistance please contact hello@lajalathelabel.com.au

Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@lajalathelabel.com.au or contact Australia Post if we have already sent you package.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.


Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. We recommend recording the damage.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE CONFIRMATION?

We always recommend you check your email's SPAM/JUNK folder if you have not received an order confirmation from us.
